Registering for the first time, create your user account
If you have already registered and need to add services like Conference Dinner, Tours to your registration, please Log In.
Your access details were previously sent by email after your registration.
During the registration process you will be able to:
- select your participant category;
- buy additional services like Workshops, Transfers, Conference Dinner and other services
- pay by credit card or bank transference;
- up load a copy of your bank transference.
Once your registration process is completed:
You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process was successfully completed. To avoid spam, please validate the secretariat e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org in your Outlook, Gmail, etc..
When registering for the first time you will create your personal log in and password. After that, you can enter your registration form to change or add services, as many times you want. Don’t forget, save your log in and password for future use.
After identification of your payment, you will receive a second e-mail confirming your registration and all services booked. Please check carefully if all services were booked correctly.
By Credit card
The preferred method of payment is payment by card online via our secure payment gateway.
In the unlikely event of a rejected on-line credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her registration online and to try to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/bank first to check for any potential block on the online transaction. If so, once this is removed it will be possible to pay via the online payment gateway.
By bank transfer
By choosing the bank transfer option, an e-mail with a copy of the payment proof, clearly stating the name of the participant should be sent to email@example.com to validate the registration. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.
Payment by bank transfer is available until the 1st of August 2024. After this date, all payments can only be done by credit/debit card.

Registration and full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the conference events.
Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the later fee will be automatically charged. An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until it is fully paid.
If you don`t receive an automatic confirmation reply within 24 hours, please contact the technical secretary of the conference.
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details).
Any change of such details is possible before the conference is over and will be subject to a 15 EUR fee.
If you need pro-forma invoice, we can provide one for you so you can process the payment within your institution administrative process. After receiving the payment receipt, the conference secretariat will issue the invoice.
Registration Cancellation Conditions
Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
Receipt of written cancellation until 30th March, 2024: Full refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 15€
Receipt of written cancellation after 30th March 2024: No refund of registration fee will be granted.
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference secretariat via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
For group registrations and hotel booking contact the secretariat
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
